DMIS - Membership List

Data Member Information System (DMIS)

Member Contact Information & Reports
The Academy’s Data Management Information System (DMIS) (https://reports.eatright.org/login/) allows DPGs, MIGs, and affiliates to access membership records and records of dietetics professionals. The system updates daily so that any new information entered by Academy Headquarters is included.

Basic Functions:

View individual member/non-member data. (non-member data only available for Affiliates based on state of residence)
Produce membership directories.
Analyze member/non-member statistical reports.
Create user-defined fields to track information related to the DPG, MIG or affiliate. For example, an Affiliate could assign a district or a state practice group.
How to Access the Database
The DMIS website https://reports.eatright.org/login/  is password protected with unique access for each affiliate, DPG, and MIG. At the start of the Academy's membership year in June, affiliate Presidents, DPG/MIG Chairs, and Executive Directors receive an email with information to login. Presidents/Chairs may decide who on the leadership team needs access to the database. The Academy encourages leaders to protect the access information to only those that need it, as member profile information is saved on the website.

How to Access 50 and 50+ Year Members
The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is proud to recognize a special group of people who have been members of the Academy for 50 continuous years. They have been instrumental in the growth and development of the Academy through their ongoing support and contributions to the profession.

Traditionally the Academy has provided a list of 50-year members in January each year. We’ve found that the DPGs, MIGs, and affiliate all recognize 50-year members in different ways and at different times throughout the year. The lists pulled in January were not always accurate, given when the members join/renew and when your group recognizes the individuals.

To ensure that individuals are included in your recognition, we ask that you use the instructions to access the list of 50-year members from DMIS when you are ready to access the names.
